Terms and Conditions

I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Pre-Trial Work

CRC/your distributor partner will help to determine the correct SmartWasher® and OzzyJuice® to meet your application requirements.

2. Complete Trial Form

Customer is required to complete and sign the Trial Form. Customer responsibilities are outlined, including expectations for return of the unit. No trial will start until this form is completed and returned.

3. Shipping/Setup

Customer will be advised on the expected arrival date. No invoice is generated for the shipment. Ideally a CRC salesperson will be on-site to help ensure setup is done correctly and train all users on proper use and maintenance. Keep all SmartWasher® packaging in case of an unsuccessful trial.

4. Support During Trial

CRC/your distributor partner will contact customer during the trial to answer any questions and ensure a successful trial.

5. Trial Close

CRC/your distributor partner will contact customer to determine if the unit is acceptable.

After a successful trial, CRC will invoice distributor, who will then invoice customer.
If the customer wants to return the SmartWasher®, CRC/ your distributor partner will determine the reason and attempt to remedy any performance or equipment concerns
If remedied, and solution accepted by customer, an invoice will be issued.
If not, CRC/your distributor partner will start the return process.

6. Return Process

If customer decides to return the unit after the trial, then a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued.

Customer is required to drain the unit of all OzzyJuice® and clean the SmartWasher® for return.
OzzyJuice® must be disposed of in accordance with local requirements.
Customer must properly prepare shipment for return to CRC Industries, Inc.
Repack SmartWasher® in original packaging to ensure safe return.
Customer is responsible to pay return freight to:
CRC Industries UK Ltd, Wylds Road, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 4DD, UK
Collect shipments will not be accepted.
No invoice will be generated for any unit that is not accepted by the user.
